1. Appointment Cancellations:
- 48-Hour Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without incurring any charges. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be eligible for a full refund.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of £50, which will be deducted from your refund.
- No-Show Policy: Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and the full treatment cost will be charged. No refunds will be provided for no-shows.
2. Prepaid Treatments and Packages:
- Unused Treatments: If you have prepaid for a series of treatments or a package and wish to cancel before starting any treatments, you will be eligible for a refund of the unused portion, less a 10% administrative fee.
- Partially Used Packages: If you have started a treatment package and wish to discontinue, refunds for the remaining treatments will be calculated based on the individual treatment price, less a 20% administrative fee.
- Promotional Packages: Refunds for promotional packages will be calculated based on the promotional price less a 20% administrative fee. If any free or discounted treatments were included in the package, their full value will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Treatment Dissatisfaction:
- Initial Consultation: All treatments are preceded by an initial consultation to ensure suitability and discuss expected outcomes. If you are not satisfied with the results of a treatment, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment.
- Resolution Process: We will schedule a follow-up consultation to address your concerns and determine an appropriate course of action, which may include a complimentary touch-up or an alternative treatment.
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds for dissatisfaction with treatment results will only be considered if it is determined that the treatment was not performed in accordance with professional standards. Refunds will be issued at the discretion of the clinic and only if corrective measures are deemed inappropriate or ineffective.
4. Medical Contraindications:
- Pre-Treatment Assessment: It is essential to provide accurate and complete medical information during your consultation. If a treatment is deemed unsuitable due to undisclosed medical conditions, we will not be able to offer a refund.
- Post-Treatment Reactions: If you experience an adverse reaction due to a known or unknown medical condition, please contact us immediately. We will provide appropriate care and, if necessary, a partial refund may be considered based on medical advice.
5. Change of Mind:
- Non-Refundable: Treatments that have been completed or partially completed are non-refundable due to a change of mind. We encourage all clients to thoroughly consider their treatment choices before proceeding.
6. Payment Method:
- Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment as the original transaction. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
